Here at Urban Greenfield we have life experience. We’ve been around the bush a couple of times and through past projects, coupled with our own real estate and property development experiences, we have built solid foundations and proven strategies for property success. While we whole-heartedly believe in the merit of real-world experience we also value the role of education – after all, why should you be prepared to invest in us, if we’re not willing to invest in ourselves?
Our team of people have decades of combined experience honing their craft. Our founders alone boast tertiary qualifications in:
- Property Development and Planning (Master of Property Development, University of Technology, Sydney);
- Project Management (Master of Project Management, University of Technology, Sydney);
- Business Administration (Master of Business Administration, University of Technology, Sydney); and
- Property services and sales (Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate), (Industry Training Consultants).
Complementing our extensive experience in property services, we are also at the forefront of cutting-edge marketing techniques (from within and outside the property industry) with qualifications in:
- Marketing, communications and advertising (Master of Management, Postgraduate Certificate in Marketing, Macquarie Graduate School of Management).
